Data processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned registered office of the Company and is carried out by the Company’s staff and/or by external persons in charge of maintenance and updating operations duly appointed. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who request services or information are used only to perform the the service or provision requested or to provide the information requested and are communicated to duly appointed third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose.

Navigation data

The computer system and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocol of the Internet.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be indentified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc. .) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data, in this site are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. For these data, and limited to the above-mentioned purpose, it is not necessary to request consent.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or filling out the form in the specific sections with the mandatory and optional fields, involves the subsequent acquisition of the infromation and address of the sender, necessary to respond to requests for services and/or information. No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.

Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called cookies used persistent cookies of any kind, or system for tracking users.

The use of c.d. session cookies ( which are not pemanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated bt the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site. 

The c.d. session cookies are used on this site to avoid the use of other techniques  potentially prejudicial to the privacy of the users and not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

Optional data provision 

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for the request of services and/or information. Failure do so may result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

Methods of treatment

Personal data are processed by the data controller and by duly appointed data controllers for the proper fulfilment of the purpose indicated by electronic means and paper archives, as well as with the use of security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent undue access by unauthorised persons. The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this policy.

Terms of treatment

The Owner will treat the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 2 years from the acquisition of the data for the purposes of treatment.

Rights of the interested parties

Pursuant to art. 15-22 G.D.P.R., the data subject has the right to ask the controller for access to your personal data or the rectification or deletion of the same or the restriction of processing  concerning you, or the right to object to their processing, in addition to the right to reuqest the portability of the same data.

The request can be made by email or fax or by registered mail with the subject: “request by the interested party” specifying in the request the right that the interested party wants to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid email address/pec to which the reply should be sent.

The data controller or any person appointed by the same, will comply with the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the reply is complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, provided that the person concerned is informed in good time.

If you consider it appropriate to assert you rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the Italian Data Protection Authority, based at Palazzo Monte Citorio 121, Rome.
